Window update
Here is an update on my decorating. I have my new bamboo blinds and the beautiful curtains my step-mother made for me :) Next on the list, a little more ivy painting and turn the top window into stained glass.
And of course, it is summer so we find all kinds of critters. Here is Jarron and the horny toad.

Jarron's 4th Birthday
Jarron had a Transformers Birthday Party. Here are my robots in disguise!
If you look closer, you can see the big chunk of cake missing. Two mischievous little boys got a hold of it before the party.

One more page
This is the last page of his book but I couldn't get it to post with the others.
"This bug is called a 5 Leaf Bug. It has a stinger
on the back of it and he will sting a Blue Black
Bug."

My literary genius
Jarron wrote a book about bugs (of course) and had me write it down word for word while he illustrated. Okay, he is not a genius but this is a start!
"Lohan Tarantula is going to eat bugs.
He is going to wrap them up in his web
and eat them."
he twitches his legs a lot."
"He catches a bug in his web and then he eats it."
that's his mouth."
"It's a Mosquito. He is going to suck the bug's blood.
But the bug fights back."
Blob Bug spits blob at it."
"This bug is called a Blob Bug. He is going to spit
blob at a bug with a straw."

Car towed
I had to have my car towed, arggghhhhh, but the boys were fascinated by how the tow truck worked.
But......when Mason saw the tow truck leaving with Mommy's car, he was so upset! I was only able to calm him down with a snack. Food works everytime with him.

Dress-up
From cowboys to robots, I had to keep them busy and their minds off of the fact that we still had 2 hours to wait until swim lessons started.
