This is what happens when I use the wrong size attachment on the shaver. The boys are happy that they look like Daddy but Mommy is upset because all of their beautiful hair is gone. Oh well, it will grow :)

HAPPY EASTER!
Surprise, the Easter Bunny came. The boys had a fun Easter morning. Jarron's favorite was the chocolate bunny and Mason's was the baby duck. Jarron and Daddy worked off some of the sugar with a new game. It might be a long morning until the sugar high wears off.

A Fun Week
We have been really busy having fun this past week. First, we were invited to visit some miniature horses. There were three of them and they all loved kids. Jarron didn't want to have anything to do with them, but the 8 dogs and 4 cats kept his interest. Mason enjoyed the horses and even rode on one bareback.

Bugtime
We were out exploring on a beautiful 78 degree morning and found two identical caterpillars. I told Jarron that it is officially springtime and he corrected me (as usual) and told me that it is "officially bugtime". They both carried around their caterpillars for over an hour.

Early Easter Egg Hunt
An LDS Mom's group invited us on an Easter egg hunt and we had so much fun. The weather was perfect and we stayed for several hours. Of course, my boys started early and was found behind a tree eating candy :) When it was time to start the hunt, Jarron ran to a tree and picked up eggs, cracked them into his basket (yes, I have taught him well in the kitchen) and threw the egg on the ground. The only important thing to him was the candy. Mason took his time and enjoyed the game.

Movers and Shakers
Mason finished yet another gym class. This session was all about the obstacle courses. He would pretend to climb a mountain and slide down or ski down hills, explore through caves, and cross rickety bridges. His imagination is growing with a lot of help from big brother. After they received their certificates, a boy sitting next to us was telling his parents what pictures were on his paper. He came to the bird and flower and said "Bird". Well, Mason turned to him and said "Hummingbird" and sure enough it was. He is such a nature lover :)

Choppers Checked
Double duty at the Dentist. The boys did great with their x-rays and cleanings. As you can see, there is a t.v. in the ceiling which makes it fun. The pet lizards, slimey and scaley, had to sit with them and get the "fly wings cleaned out of their teeth". It was a positive experience for Mason's first visit.
